Effective 2026-06-16 · GraphEdge Analytics Inc.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Silent Facts platform at silentfacts.com (the "Service"), operated by GraphEdge Analytics Inc., a New Jersey corporation ("we", "us", or "Company").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. Accounts are provisioned through Amazon Cognito; your sign-in identity is bound to a verified email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at smaitra1@graphedgeanalytics.com of any unauthorized access.
You may use the Service for your own internal research, investment analysis, and reporting. You may not:
Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account at our discretion, with or without notice.
Source data is derived from publicly available filings (SEC EDGAR, Nasdaq, Form 13F filings, and similar regulatory disclosures). The Service's value lies in our processing, graph modeling, NLP layer, and curated relationship extraction — not in the underlying public data.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes during the term of your subscription. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, models, graph schema, prompts, and generated content.
You retain ownership of any data you submit (e.g., watchlist tickers, saved queries, custom notes). By submitting data, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
Subscriptions. The Service offers a Free tier and paid tiers. Paid tiers begin with a free trial and require no credit card up front. After the trial, paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. Each paid plan includes a stated monthly allotment of Deep-Dive reports (currently 5 per billing month on a paid plan, 2 during the trial); included reports do not roll over.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it ends. We do not provide pro‑rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law.
One-time Deep-Dive reports. Reports purchased à la carte (currently $39.99 each) are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable once generated. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive any statutory cooling-off/withdrawal right that would otherwise apply once the report has been generated. A purchased report remains available in your account to re-open at any time.
Billing errors & goodwill. Notwithstanding the above, we will refund a duplicate charge, a charge resulting from a clear technical error, or a one-time report that failed to generate. Email smaitra1@graphedgeanalytics.com within 30 days and we'll make it right. All amounts are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to your account email; changes apply to the next renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Silent Facts is not a registered investment advisor. The Service provides analytical tools and information; it does not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations. See our Disclaimer for details.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that data is current, complete, or error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphEdge Analytics Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination your license to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (Data & IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.
You may request deletion of your account data at smaitra1@graphedgeanalytics.com; see our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraphEdge Analytics Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including any trading or investment decision you make in reliance on the Service.
The Service relies on third parties — including Amazon Web Services and Amazon Cognito (hosting/identity), Stripe (payments), and public data sources such as SEC EDGAR, Nasdaq, and Form 13F filings. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms; we do not store full card details. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts of third-party services or the underlying public filings, which may contain errors, omissions, or delays.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be New Jersey, USA. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver. You and we agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the account email associated with your sign-in at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
